What is an E-Book?
An E-Book, or Electronic Book is a book that can be downloaded to a desktop or laptop computer, an iphone, ipad, e-reader, blackberry and more, many times in as quickly as 60 seconds. Once downloaded on your computer you can print it out if you prefer to read it on papter. E-Readers are made by Amazon (Kindle), Sony, Samsung and Barnes and Noble, just to name a few. Vtech has made and animated E-Book system for children. They are available at many retailers including Target, Walmart, Sears and Amazon and are also available for purchase online.

I personally have a kindle. When I purchase a book through Liquid Silver Books I download it as a .pdf file. From there, I can read it on my laptop or desktop, or convert it to kindle through the email address that kindle provided for free.
